Elaina is from Knoxville, TN and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Management and a certificate in Music Business. Shortly following graduation, she moved to Nashville and began working at FSM as the office manager, and then moved to being a client manager. After a few years with FSM, she moved on to work as a Royalties Team Lead at Universal Music Publishing Group. After some time working at UMPG, she returns to FSM eager to continue her work in royalties and operations!
